This Privacy Policy explains how Norse Technologies, Inc. ("Norse," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information through norsetechnologies.com, our booking page, our downloadable guides, and our email and text communications (together, the "Site").

This policy does not cover data we handle while delivering software for a client. That work is governed by the written agreement signed for each engagement. It also does not cover AutoDocs 365, which is a separate product with its own privacy policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us.

• Guide and resource downloads: your name and email address.
• Booking a conversation: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about your project.
• Contacting us directly: whatever you include in your email, call, or message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website platform and service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies (see section 4).

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send through the Site, sensitive information such as financial account numbers, health information, or government identification numbers.

• To send you the guide or resource you requested.
• To schedule and prepare for conversations you book, and to follow up afterward.
• To answer your questions and respond to your messages.
• To send occasional emails or text messages about Norse, our services, and related resources, where you have agreed to receive them.

• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with:

• Service providers that run the Site and our operations on our behalf, including website hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, email and text delivery, and marketing support. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety recipients, when disclosure is required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Norse, our clients, or others.
• A successor business, if Norse is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We would require the successor to honor this policy for information collected under it.

Text messaging. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver text messages.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as remembering your cookie choices. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the Site.

We keep contact and inquiry information while we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and afterward for as long as reasonably needed for record keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Where information is processed

Norse is based in the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, including AutoDocs 365 and our scheduling page. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
